REVERSE MENTORING
Reverse Mentoring is a youth-led, two-way learning program. Young experts run bite-size workshops, demos, and 1:1 clinics on fast-evolving skills (AI, digital workflows, coding, design, content/social), while professionals join as learners.
We curate, train, and spotlight mentors, so real skills transfer, portfolios grow, and an intergenerational community strengthens. Outcome: sharper skills, visible youth leadership, and ready-to-use assets (prompts, templates, workflows) you can apply immediately.

On January 8, 2025, CROSSTALK LAB launched its youth-led Reverse Mentoring series with “Level Up Your ChatGPT,” led by young professional Renad. The session moved beyond basic Q&A to show how to turn ChatGPT into repeatable, reliable workflows.
